- Changes and Modifications to Terms of Use. WK UWCSA now gives notice that it reserves the right to change or modify any or all of these Terms of Use at its sole discretion and without further notice to you. Your use, or continued use, of this Website and/or GSP services shall mean that you accept any and all changes and modifications. It is your sole responsibility to inform the applicable programme participant of these Terms of Use and you specifically indemnify WK UWCSA against claims and actions which arise from such a person that they were not made aware of these Terms of Use.
- Entire Agreement; Assignment; Independent Contractors. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between us, superseding any prior agreements between us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use), other than the Main Agreement constituting relevant terms of service for the Youth Leadership Programme services.
- No Waiver; Time for Claims. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If an arbitrator or a court finds any provision of these Terms of Use to be invalid, we both agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to our intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our Website or these Terms of Use must be filed within one year after such claim. Headings are for convenience only.
- Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
- Credit card acquiring and security:
- Credit card transactions will be acquired for Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
- PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy
- Customer details separate from card details:
- Customer details will be stored by Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
- Refund policy
- All refund requests and cancellations must be made in writing and will be calculated according to the date in which Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA receives such request or cancellation.
- In the case where there is payment or donation of an incorrect amount, there will be 0% administration fee.
- Deliver Policy. WK UWCSA will continue to deliver education services and will communicate to all stakeholders via website, email, newsletter and other communications tools the college use. Receipts of donations and school fees payment shall be acknowledged via email as soon as possible no later than 30 days.
- Customer Privacy Policy. WK UWCSA shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.
- Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
