On Friday 1st February 2019, Waterford's Advancement office hosted a great mocktail party for the IB2s.

The event was held inside the school and was aimed at introducing the IB2s to the school's Advancement office including the resources available to them as they navigate through their IB2 as well as when they become alumni.

Speaking during the event, Waterford's Advancement Director Elizabeth Mhangami thanked the students for coming to the event and emphasized that the Advancement office was always there to help them even before they become alumni. "Tonight we just want to say we are here for you; please feel free to come to the office anytime you want," she said.
