On the 14^th of July 2018 Waterford hosted the first ever Kamhlaba Day.

This event is about the Waterford community working together to raise money for the school’s community service programme.The public was invited to attend and people visited the different stalls on the field and children also took an opportunity to enjoy some games such as jumping castle and face paints. There was also a Swazi traditional dance which was performed by a local traditional dance group. Renowned Swazi musicians such as Bholoja and Waterford alumnus Velemseni were part of the performers.
