In lieu of SSS, UWC NYC will be organizing Make a Dumpling at Midtown West, where participants can learn how to make Chinese soup dumplings. Join in on the festivity!

Who: YOU - you don't need to be Chinese to celebrate CNY!

Where: Hell's Kitchen

Why: Learn to appreciate one of the most important cuisines in the world ;)

UWC Day is about celebration of who we are as UWC, including the diversity that defines our community. The 2018 UWC day has the theme: Freedom is... and the event will start with an assembly at 10:00 am at the amphitheater, and there will be many performances including parade of nations, poetry, gumboot dance and tasting of traditional food for various countries.

This Shakespeare Festival is the culmination for us of a term of cross-curricular theme work. Students right across the age range have approached Shakespeare from different perspectives leading to the production of the performances, art works, musical compositions and short films presented this week.

UWC Africa Week

UWC Africa Week

Date & Venue: Wednesday, 13 Jun, 2018, Waterford campus

Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA is hosting the 4th edition of UWC Africa Week. The theme this year is Africa Unbound. The theme examines the relationship between Africa and the world within the context of changing geopolitical dynamics and how Africa can reposition herself in relation to these dynamics.\r\nThe week will feature a Keynote address by H.E. Mrs. Graca Machel, two panel forums, the screening of an African film Strike a Rock a Music Concert and an Africa Night of live music, poetry, dance and fashion, among other events.

Annual Careers Fair

The Annual Careers Fair is a student-led Career Support Initiative (CSI) event and it is a community service project, organized by IB2 students. The event brings together high school students from around eSwatini to get career information from a number of companies and organizations.
